If this height is exceeded, mechanical anchoring is recommended and\/or contact the manufacturer.<\/li>\n<li>For large interior and\/or exterior formats, the application of a double layer of adhesive is necessary. Coatings: Stone*, ceramic, mesh, porcelain and glass blocks.<br \/>\n*Consult specifications in FT.<br \/>\n**Except slates and green marble.<br \/>\n*** Verify that the resistance of the plaster supports the additional weight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>ADHESIVE PREPARATION<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>In a clean plastic tray or bucket add 5.0 to 5.4 liters of clean water for 20 kg of\u00a0<strong>Pegavitro\u00ae<\/strong>, beating the mixture well and making sure there are no lumps. Let stand 5 minutes and beat again.\u00a0<strong>DO NOT ADD MORE WATER<\/strong>. The use of an electric mixer is recommended to guarantee the perfect mix of materials<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>SURFACE PREPARATION AND PLACEMENT<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>The surface must be solid, free of dust, burrs, grease and oils, as well as the coating.<\/li>\n<li>With a notched trowel, spread the mixture over the surface with the smooth side, leaving a thick layer no larger than the notch of the trowel.<\/li>\n<li>With the notched side, comb the adhesive leaving straight grooves parallel to each other. In vertical placements it is recommended that the grating be horizontal. Excess material can be returned to the tray.<\/li>\n<li>Place the coating while the adhesive is hydrated and seat the part until it is adhered or into the adhesive up to 50% of the width of the part.<\/li>\n<li>Occasionally lift a piece to check that adhesive transfer is a minimum of 85% indoors and 95% outdoors.<\/li>\n<li>Remove excess adhesive from the joints to later grout correctly.<\/li>\n<li>The use of spacers or spacers is recommended to maintain a correct alignment and separation of the pieces<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>RECOMMENDATIONS<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>When applying the adhesive at temperatures higher than 35 \u00b0C or when the substrate temperature is higher than 50 \u00b0C or in excessively windy conditions, moisten the substrate, avoiding saturation.<\/li>\n<li>The use of Pegavitro\u00ae is not recommended at temperatures below 5 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Under the aforementioned conditions, the characteristics of the adhesive will present variations, without this being considered a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n<li>The open time of the adhesive may vary depending on weather conditions, the substrate and installation methods (take care that the adhesive does not dehydrate once spread to allow adherence and prevent detachment in the future).<\/li>\n<li>Do not mix directly on concrete floors.<\/li>\n<li>Peel off the adhesive every 15 minutes.
